Born from a desire to create a gin specifically for the Archie Rose team, our distillers developed an intense spirit packed with fifteen individually distilled botanicals. Balanced and complex, we included fresh NSW pears, rose, elderflower, pronounced juniper and honey direct from our rooftop beehives. Bottled at 52.4% ABV, the resulting gin is perfect at the end of a hard day working over a hot copper still – or any time you like.
