After long careers as a soldier and a nurse, Peter and Jane Clark bought a sheep paddock in the Awatere Valley of New Zealand’s Marlborough and there they established Clark Estate and planted 20 acres of Sauvignon Blanc from scratch. The Clericus label is one of four labels reserved for their finest wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is powerful and concentrated, packed with ripe stone fruit flavours and layered with exotic tropical aromas created by the use of wild yeast and selective use of oak. This is not your typical New Zealand sauvignon blanc and absolutely gorgeous!
