Washington based craft spirit producer Brovo set out to make a replacement for everyone’s favorite French-monk-distilled alpine liqueur. After years of planning and experimentation they created Uncharted Rhapsody. In order to seamlessly replace that other liqueur, Brovo matched its abv (55%), pH (acidity), and BRIX (a measure of sugar content) and used over 50 ingredients and a solera aging process to produce its “American Forest Liqueur.” Well balanced between sweet, herbal, and bitter, Uncharted Rhapsody is tasty on its own and works very well in a Last Word.
