This is a funky, herbal,unapologetic absinthe. Pure star anise flavor, with an aggressive, tarragon finish and a big, mouth-coating feel. Deep and complex enough to be enjoyed in the traditional style, louched with water, but also assertive enough for cocktails that call for just a dash or even a rinse in the glass.
