This 16 year old pays homage to the Orkney climate. Aged in a mixture of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, and according to Highland Park, the whiskys spicy and elegant character reveals a sophisticated combination of flavours, layered as intricately as the feathers of an eagles wing.
