An 18 year old Bowmore single malt, distilled back in March 2001, and finished in a sherry butt for 25 months before being bottled in August 2019 by Signatory for La Maison du Whisky as part of the Cask Strength Collection. 692 bottles were produced.

Tasting Notes:
Rich, oily. Smoked fish, Allowed to breathe, it becomes exotic, vanilla, and spicy. Becoming increasingly medicinal, the aromatic palette continually becomes more powerful. Peach and passion fruit appear in a grand finale.
