This “coming of age” whisky is the pinnacle of the Dalmore whisky collection. This exceptional whisky was matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned Gonzlez Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character. It’s complex with bitter dark chocolate notes, toffee and baked apple on the nose with a palate of black licorice, roasted walnuts and sweet marzipan. A great “segue” to the older expressions of Dalmore whisky.
