Mermaid Gin is a hand-crafted, small-batch gin produced by the Isle of Wight Distillery. It is made using 10 botanicals, including locally foraged Boadicea hops, and is distilled using a traditional copper pot still. The gin has a smooth, complex flavor with notes of juniper, coriander, and elderflower, as well as a subtle hint of hops. It has a fresh, floral aroma and a clean, refreshing finish. The name and label design of the gin are inspired by the mythological mermaid, a nod to the gin’s coastal origins on the Isle of Wight.
