A softly peated Ardnamurchan Highland single malt whisky matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry Casks. There were twenty casks in total which consisted of fifteen hogsheads of unpeated Highland spirit and ten Sherry Butts of peated Highland spirit. A big , bold, complex single malt with no burn and no sulpur. Its all about sherry and coastal notes with a soft well balanced integration of earthy peat smoke. Bottled at 50% Alc/Vol and with no add colour or chill filtration.
