A briny, savory delight! This Spanish vermouth is our favorite for an olive garnished Martini, or even a dirty Martini. A very bold taste in the mouth at first yet perfectly balanced with its acidity. Velvety and smooth in the mouth with notes of wood, briny herbs and subtle spices. Aged one year in oak barrels to stabilize the aroma and color of the blend.
