It is terroir-driven, expressive on the nose, gorgeous on the palate and downright delicious. Let’s start with the nose – imagine aromas of black plum, wild black currant, unsweetened chocolate, espresso powder, sweet toasted cinnamon and just a touch of cedar bark.
