One of two expressions from the Gin del Professore range produced by the Jerry Thomas Project in Rome. The Monsieur edition focussed more on the juniper side of things, with a subtle flash of citrus peels.

Big ol’ waves of oily, expressive juniper notes throughout, with a little hint of lemon peel and elegant lavender.
