Distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and matured for no less than 12 years in a combination of American Oak bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso butts, this bold Cask Strength is a gem in the sector.

It is a fruit explosion on the palate with fig, date, ripe banana, sultana, red apple and lime notes complimented by the spice, sweet vanilla and pine from the cask aging. The finish is exceedingly long and rich with complex spice and fruit notes slowly fading to sweet butterscotch and barley.
