Made with an array of botanicals such as juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It makes a smashing Martini and is tasty with tonic too.

Tasting’s Notes

The nose is light and citrus-forward. The more delicate handling of the citrus ingredients is quite evident here. Fresh lemon zest highlights a subtle herbaceous, sagey juniper with the slightest hint of green tea and meadowsweet. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin explodes with flavor on the palate.
