Shimizu-no-Mai Pure Snow Nigori Premium Sake is the Nigori selection of the Pure Series. It is an unfiltered sake – to preserve the essence of the rice. Serve chilled, shake before pouring, and refrigerate after opening. Serve as an aperitif or as a complement to a wide variety of meats and spicy foods. Cloudy. Melon with notes of cucumber and a hint of pear. Powerful flavor with distinctive texture accompanied by notes of ginger, Asian pear, and cantaloupe. Smooth, finishes soft-sweet to dry.
