This wine was respectfully crafted from the last four rows of the old Swanville vineyard circa 1913, source block of the Noack clone. Wild lemon verbena meets pear skin aromatics are preserved in-part through fermentation within ceramic egg.The remaining portion was raised in new and seasoned french oak barriques with gentle lees contact for a touch of texture.
