A seemingly crazy cocktail experiment gone wildly right, the Trinidad sour uses a full ounce of Angostura Bitters as its base, complemented by an equal measure of Orgeat, a nutty sweet French syrup made from almonds and rose water (or orange flower water), and a wee bit of Rye whiskey. With its deep crimson color, its sure to be a conversation piece whenever served, and luckily it has the enchanting flavor to back it up.
