This salt spray of this No. 1 Vaults release is a key tasting note. The aromas will give you bright orange zest and marmalade drizzled with the sea and the palate will give you salted honeycomb, iodine soaked blood orange, ocean spiced blackberry and kumquat. Ageing in ex-bourbon casks adds greater depth to this spirit.
