The Ramato style of Pinot grigio has become very popular, this mutation of pinot noir giving off an orange/copper hue when the juice is in contact with the skins. The nose shows floral notes of wisteria, orange blossom, acacia flowers with ripe fruity hints of yellow peach, melon and tangerine, followed by a delicate mineral iodine note and hints of hay. The mouthfeel shows crisp acidity, yet perfectly balanced by its freshness and enveloping flavour.
