In this Bitter Liqueur specifically designed with Agave spirits in mind, hibiscus, bilberry, Schisandra berry, grapefruit, lemon, orange and Gentian root combine for a bright, bitter flavor.

Inspired by Boston Amaro, BROVO American Aperitivo was developed to pair with blanco tequila. A solid citrus base- grapefruit, orange and lemon- are paired with blueberrys acidic cousin, bilberry. Schisandra berry, a Chinese 5 flavor berry with umami, sour, bitter, sweet and salty flavors adds depth to the flavor range. Its lightly sweetened with agave nectar.
