WhistlePig 12 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey has been matured in New American oak then divided into one of three directions; Maderia casks, Port, and French Sauternes barrels.

The resulting whiskey has caramel, vanilla, and winter fruits aromas with a big toffee finish. The palate is has jammy apricot, dates, honey, plum, raisin, and rye-spice. A dark chocolate finish blended with caramel, vanilla, and winter fruits. A Winter-warmer if we’ve ever seen one!
