Deep cherry red color of medium to high intensity. Intense aromas of red fruits on a balsamic background, light menthol and a touch of fresh laurel. On the palate it has an ample swallow and good structure. Spicy aftertaste (black pepper, clove). Balanced tannins.

Pair with rice, vegetable and meat stews, legumes. Roasted meats, medium cured cheeses. Pasta in general.
