This Whisky is crafted using single origin malting barley, grown on Australias Kangaroo Island. Fifteen kilometres off the coast of South Australia, Kangaroo Island is renowned for its wildlife, pristine beaches & gourmet produce. Winds blow in from the
Indian Ocean, across some of the cleanest, clearest waters on the globe.
Barley grows strongly here with minimal intervention & ripens over an extended period of time. This produces the high protein content & rich, complex flavour compounds, both sweet &
savoury, prized in premium Whisky. There is arguably none finer in the world, & we are blessed to begin our Whisky with local grains of gold.
