The name “acoustic” implies pure “unplugged” wines that are pure and unique based on the strength of old vines. They only grow local varieties as opposed to international. Auditori is created from three different grape varieties from three different vineyards. The color is very intense due to maceration, aging and lees stirring. The aromas are citrus and fruity with fennel and thyme nuances. The mouth is creamy, deep and powerful with citrus spices. The finish is long and lingering. A beautiful white wine that will undoubtedly age for decades.
