Anne-Sophie Dubois is part of a young generation of vignerons redefining the identity of Beaujolais. Born and raised in Champagne, she caught the wine bug early and spent her formative years learning the ropes in Burgundy. Even though she only works with one grape variety, the three vineyards she gets her fruit from couldn’t be more different. The Les Labourons vineyard is described as complex and dense with very bottles produced. Ageable, so this 3L will mellow over time.
