The derived mash bill of the blend is 79% corn, 16% rye, and 5% malted barley, and the whiskey is bottled without chill filtration at a barrel proof of 114.44. Batch 36’s nose offers scents of apricot, tangerine, and black cherry with undertones of cinnamon and allspice. The palate begins with rich caramel before fruity flavors of apricot, citrus, and cherry wash over the tongue. It finishes with baking spices, caramel, and brown sugar, with rich sweetness inviting the next sip.
