A collaboration between distiller Greg Garnish and mates Chris Masten and Josh Kennedy, Beyond Distilling is a project set on developing a range of gins that speak of time and place. X17 is produced with family-grown Midwest grain and features juniper, sea celery and pink grapefruit prominently among its 17 botanicals.
