Bollinger R.D. is an Extra Brut vintage Champagne from Champagne Bollinger, meaning it’s aged for a long time on the lees before being recently disgorged to preserve its remarkable freshness. Created by Madame Bollinger, it features a high proportion of Pinot Noir, is fermented entirely in oak barrels, and is known for its sophisticated balance of complex aged aromas like toasted nuts and cooked fruit with vibrant, young notes from the recent disgorgement.
