The Distillerie Tessendier estate was founded in 1880 by Gaston Tessendier. Today, it’s still run as a family house, Maison Park, built on carrying that tradition forward through the generations. The VS Carte Blanche is the entry level bottling in their lineup, and is perfectly suited for cocktailing or enjoying as an aperitif. A 50/50 blend of Ugni Blanc grapes from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne regions, this brandy explodes with bright floral and fruit flavors. On the nose there are lovely dried spring flowers at first, followed by caramelized apples and sweet-tart cherries. The palate follows with more bright orchard fruits, citrus oils, caramel, and honeysuckle. A wonderful showcase of fresh and vibrant young brandies. Bottled at 40% abv.
