Delamain XO shares with the Houses best cognacs the privilege of having being aged beneath the Grand Chai, an 18th-century building, with limestone walls offering ideal conditions of humidity and adaptation to variations of temperature, essential for the concentration of aromas. XO is oneof the oldest age classification, controlled by the cognac appellation.
