Domaine l’Enclos’ 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudsier demonstrates both elegance and power: apple, pear, quince, orange and orange zest, notes of vanilla, bread crust and coffee with milk. Everything is dominated by a scent of sea air, dried oyster shell and seaweed. A great opening on the tongue, lots of light and juicy fruit combine with a fine acidity which is wonderfully integrated into the fondant of the fruit. A high-class Chablis.
