Don Fulano ‘Imperial’ Extra Anejo is a complex tequila aged in a mix of casks that previously held Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Loire wines, with aromas of cooked agave, oak, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, black pepper, honey, cinnamon, dried fruit, and baking spices. It has a sweet taste across the tongue with a stronger taste of agave and cinnamon, a nice viscous consistency, and a slightly vegetal agave finish with an accentuation of the cinnamon spice and some Mexican chocolate flavor on the end.
