Graham is our resident tinkering cocktailian, and you always know he’s got a well tuned variation or upgrade up his sleeve, for just about any drink. Here he is upping the savory, umami notes of a Gibson Martini (the one with an onion), with a splash of Hidalgo Amontillado Sherry for oxidized nuttiness, and Japanese Umami Bitters – ooh mommy indeed. The base hews classic though – Bar favorite Ford’s Gin and Cocchi Extra Dry form the flavor base in fine fashion.
