The history of the ‘High Wheeler’ goes back several years to the Willowbank Distillery in Dunedin.Some whiskies were distilled from unmalted barley in pot stills and then blended with 70% of their single malt.This blend, of 30% grain and 70% malt, then matures for 21 years in American ex-bourbon casks.

Tasting Notes
The nose of green apples and honey followed by sour citrus balanced notes on the body and finish, but wood influence throughout.
