Planted in the mid-90s by the Joy family, the vineyard’s undulating terrain and soils rich in shale, quartz, and mudstone contribute to the wine’s depth and structure.
The wine presents a pale straw color, leading with intense aromas of nettle, struck flint, preserved lemon, and grapefruit pith, complemented by subtle notes of peach, nectarine, clotted cream, and spice.
