El Sabino is located near Teuchitlan, home of the Guachimontones, the iconic circular pyramids featured in the logo. This ranch is presenting exceedingly high quality agave, which are picked at the height of their sweetness, crushed by traditional Tahona, cooked in brick ovens, fermented in a mix of open air wood and steel tanks, then distilled on a pot still by Cascahuin distillery.

El Sabino Reposado showcases aromas of candied orange peel, rich cooked agave, with hints of cinnamon and brown butter, and on the palate – stone fruits, cooked agave, and vanilla, with a rich finish. Matured for 3 months in Ex-Bourbon Barrels.
