This variation comes from Kristina Magro, now chief cocktail evangelist at the craft beerfocused Lone Wolf Tavern in Chicago. While lychee in its natural form is quite sweet, Giffard Lichi-Li is really quite delicate, not cloying or viscousless syrupy more bright and floral. An equal portion of manzanilla sherry, introduces a savory element to the mix.
