Martin Millers Gin is distilled in a traditional copper pot still. To create the final spirit requires two separate distillations, one for the juniper and earthier botanicals, the other only includes the citrus peels. The two distillates are then carefully blended or married, then resting for at least ten days in stainless steel containers. This blending enables our distiller to exercise great control of the balance between the deeper juniper notes and the brighter citrus. Martin Millers is blended to bottling strength using Icelandic spring water. It is the purest water in the world and requires no processing or demineralisation, resulting in the brands soft bouquet and mouthfeel.
