Mistinguett Brut is an ode to all women who work hard to achieve their dreams and refers to the French artist Mistinguett. The winery Vallformosa produces this special cava in the Penedes. Vallformosa means beautiful valley in Catalan. It’s the Domenech family who have been working the land since 1865 with great passion to make the grapes grow best in the hills. New vineyards have been acquired over the years and now it is the fifth generation that continues the tradition of winemaking.
