Recipe:

– 2 1/2 ozPlantation Stiggins’ Fancy Plantation Pineapple Rum
– 1/2 oz Cocktail & Sons Mint & Lemon Verbena Syrup
– 4 drops 1821 Earl Grey Bitters

Add 1/4 ozsyrup to glass or tin, fill with crushed ice. Add rum, remaining syrup, and bitters over ice, then mound more ice over top. Garnish with fresh mint.
