The Negroni is a hell of a drug, and as our collective addiction becomes more and more severe, we find ourselves needing a bigger and bolder Negroni. It is with a wistful tear that we remember our very first Negroni: the burst of bitter, the blush of botanicals, the veritable wave of enormous flavors. Its a drink that shocks you out of your monotonous routine and grabs you by the face, saying “Life is for the living!”. And though it remains a delight each aperitivo hour, it will never be as big and palate busting as those first few were. Thus, we decided to create a Negroni so big and so bold that we could recapture that feeling.
