Nikka Single Malt Yoichi is a premium Japanese whisky that is exclusively made from malted barley and distilled in traditional direct-fired pot stills at the Yoichi Distillery, resulting in a complex and bold taste. The distillery’s two coal-fired pot stills are believed to be the only ones of their kind still in use in Japan.With a nose of peat, smoke, and fruit, the palate is rich and flavorful, featuring notes of caramel, vanilla, and a subtle spiciness, with a long and smoky finish.
