Oka Japanese Gin is a premium spirit crafted by the Tsutsumi Distillery in Kumamoto Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan. This gin is pot-distilled from 100% rice, providing a smooth and refined base. The botanical blend includes Macedonian and Himalayan juniper, young ginger, orris root, and a selection of seasonal citrus fruits such as yuzu, sudachi, and Satsuma mandarin. Distilled six times in a copper-lined, stainless steel pot still, the botanicals are added directly during the final distillation, resulting in a gin with bold aromas and a complex palate.
