A blend of lightly aged and carbon filtered rums from three of the Caribbean’s most important rum producing islands: rich and full bodied rum from Barbados, crisp and light column still rum from Trinidad, and pungently fruity pot still rum from Jamaica.

Look for lightly sweet, candied citrus-peel aromas and flavors, enlivened with white pepper and fresh ginger, along with a subtle but unmistakable smack of Jamaican hogo.
