A measure of bitter of course, to remind of mankinds eternal sin, and a bit of herbal sweet vermouth to celebrate the bounty of the earth. It may not be the Eucharist, but it was certainly a safe bet that it would bring the poor Reverend to his knees after a few.

Recipe:

– 1 ozPlantation Stiggins’ Fancy Plantation Pineapple Rum
– 1 oz St George Bruto Americano
– 1 oz Antica Torino Rosso Vermouth

Stir over ice and strain into glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
