Reserva Heredad was created to mark style in the world of high-end sparkling wines. We elaborate it with the objective of offering an elegant and versatile cava. To do so, we select only the best wines from each vintage, which are then aged in the bottle in contact with their lees for more than 24 months. The aging ends when the expert gives the magic touch to each bottle with the poignettage, a twist of the wrist that intensifies the contact of the lees with the wine, thus giving a more complex bouquet.
