By working with unusual ingredients, they pushthe limits of craft distilling- and create some remarkably fun spirits along the way.

Made with Thai and other varieties of basil that are soaked in unaged California grape brandy and then redistilled. The bold basil flavor is potent right out of the bottle and will make for some savory cocktails, peppery spice and subtle hints of aniseaccompany the graceful basil notes. Try mixing with your favorite spirit, lime juice, and ginger syrup or liqueur.
