A great introduction to the wines of Mount Etna. Terre Neres Etna Rosso blends Nerello Mascalese with just a splash of Nerello Cappuccio and is always a delight! Poised and energetic with a perfume of violets, a little musk and spice complimented by an array of divine red and blue fruits. An edge of plum and bubble gum give it a feel of carbonic maceration that will likely become less obvious with the passage of time. The mouthfeel is plush and fine, resting in harmony with elegant, sophisticated fruit and a hit of woody herbs.
