Deep crimson red in colour, Jeudi 15 has attractive floral and red fruit aromas (red currants, cherries, strawberries) with delicate savoury undertones. The palate is medium bodied, with good fruit definition, firm acidity and a fine tannin structure

  • Manual harvested
  • 70% destemmed by hand, the rest as whole bunches
  • Indigenous yeast
  • Fermenting must in contact with the skins for 12 days and foot trodden several times
  • Pressed and transferred to foudre (1400L)
  • Spontaneous Malolactic fermentation
  • Matured on the lees for 1 year
  • No filtration
  • No fining
  • No added sulphur
