The third release of the distillery’s annual ‘Triple Terroir’ Whiskey is created from home grown rye, distilled and proofed with local water and aged in the distillery’s custom made Vermont white oak barrels. Crop No.003 is also something of a landmark, being the first ever majority Whistle Pig whiskey, comprised of 52% three year old Rye, blended with sourced whiskies.
